REBEKAH STEVENS

SUNDAY 6:30 PM

REBEKAH STEVENS

Rebekah is a Canadian country singer-songwriter. Coming from a musical family, music has always been in her blood & a passion she pursued from an early age. After posting videos of herself on YouTube for several years, singing a variety of both covers & original songs, Rebekah was discovered by an LA production team wishing to work with her.

In early 2013, Rebekah flew to Los Angeles to record her debut EP "Here I Am." Later in that same year, Rebekah was chosen out of hundreds of entrants across Canada to be named a Boots & Hearts Top 8 Emerging Artist Finalist, thus making her official debut on stage as a Canadian country artist at one of Canada's largest country music festivals.  Since then, she has been making a name for herself performing across Ontario, sharing the stage with major Canadian acts such as Aaron Pritchett, Jess Moskaluke, Jim Cuddy of Blue Rodeo, and the Washboard Union.

Currently, Rebekah is in the middle of writing and recording for her highly anticipated first full length album. Stay tuned!

SUNDAY 4:30 PM

BLACK RIVER REMEDY

The recipe for a foot stompin’, beer drinkin’, whiskey shootin’ good time:

Blend two parts southern rock with a touch of old school country.  Add just a dash of snake oil & a little bit of rock n roll, shake and serve over ice in your favourite jam jar.

Black River Remedy has been known to cure those lonesome blues & put the spring back in your step. The sun is sitting low & the shadows grow longer as night falls. That means it’s the right time to round up the posse and gather the kin for a back porch style party.  Get down, get loud, be proud and grab yourself a healthy dose of that good ol’ Black River Remedy.
